Ground conditions, excavation tolerances, forms, product yields, moisture, compaction, and delivery operations affect actual quantities. Confirm final measurements and takeoff requirements with your supplier and qualified project professional before placing an order.

Prices and delivery

Supplier references are dated examples for specific products and locations. They are not offers, guaranteed availability, installed costs, or live delivery quotes. Tax, permits, finishing labor, pumping, waiting time, environmental charges, and other fees are excluded unless explicitly entered.

Coverage calculators

The cubic yard calculator, topsoil calculator and asphalt calculator use the same volume formula as the material estimator. Topsoil weight starts from an oven-dry silt-loam bulk density of 1.33 g/cm³, not the moist weight of a delivered load and not the weight of a peat-amended bag. Asphalt weight starts from 140 lb/ft³ of compacted mix, not a project-specific mix design and not a pavement-thickness recommendation. Waste, settling and overage are optional. Confirm the product, moisture, compaction and thickness before you order.

Structural decisions

Depth, reinforcement spacing, edge cover, and additional steel allowances are user inputs. The tool does not determine safe slab thickness, footing depth, frost protection, drainage performance, or code compliance. Obtain requirements for your specific structure and jurisdiction.
